SAME DAY DELIVERY

  • Orders received on or before 1.00pm, delivery will be within the same day or latest by 7.00pm.
  • Additional Fee will be chargeable for urgent delivery within 4 hours upon order time (subject to confirmation by our customer service personnel)
  • Please note that a fee of MYR 20.00 will be levied for redirection of order (depending on the area) and 50% for cancellation of order. There will be a surcharge of min MYR 50.00 for out of town delivery.
  • Not applicable to festive hampers. For festive hampers, please kindly allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Please note that photos shown are taken for best viewing purposes. Eska will replace flowers, fruits, or other materials of equivalent or higher value in the event of unavailability at time of order where necessary. We will strive to maintain value, design style, and colour palettes of our presentations.

  • Addresses outside of our delivery zones will be delivered by one of our trusted courier service provider.
  • Additional RM50 will be charged for our Nationwide services within Peninsular Malaysia and RM80 for East Malaysia.
  • Please note fresh flowers will be replaced with Everlasting Flowers of similar value.
  • Place order online, and your orders are subject to confirmation by our customer service personnel.
  • Confirmation of delivery will be via our Courier service. This may take 3-4 days depending on location.
